Who we are

What we collect

When you send a project inquiry, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, project location, the service and timing you choose, your project description, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. Our website also receives basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type.

When you call or text our business line, we receive your phone number and your messages. Calls may be answered by an automated assistant on our behalf, which keeps a written transcript and summary so we can follow up. Calls are not audio recorded.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, schedule and carry out work, send project updates, and keep records of our agreements. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging

If you agree to receive text messages, we text you about your inquiry, estimates, scheduling and project updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of any purchase or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages. See our SMS Terms.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, phone and text message carriers, email provider and business software, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations, then delete them.
